Services

Oracle EPM Cloud services and packages.

Start with a fixed-price package: one scope, one published price, a result you can use right away. Bigger work is scoped to deliverables and priced before it starts.

Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, and every other Oracle Cloud EPM business process, plus Hyperion.

Fixed-price packages

Consulting

For work bigger than a package. Scoped to deliverables and priced up front, not billed by the hour.

Oracle Cloud EPM implementation

New builds and rebuilds across Oracle Cloud EPM: a design your finance team recognizes, a build your own people can maintain, and a go-live that holds through the first budget cycle and the first close.

Is this where you are?

  • Moving budgeting and forecasting off spreadsheets or a legacy tool onto Planning.
  • Adding Workforce, Capital, or Projects to an existing Planning application.
  • Standing up Financial Consolidation and Close or Account Reconciliation alongside Planning, with the integration designed up front.
  • Rebuilding an application the finance team doesn't fully rely on.

How the work runs

  • A design your finance team signs off on before the build starts.
  • Working screens within weeks, reviewed with the people who will use them.
  • Documentation and a handover written for whoever runs it next year.

Modules in scope

  • Planning
  • Financial Consolidation and Close
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Narrative Reporting
  • Enterprise Data Management
  • Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management
  • Tax Reporting
  • FreeForm

Hyperion to Oracle Cloud EPM migration

Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) moved to Oracle Cloud EPM, keeping what the old build got right and dropping what it didn't. Oracle still supports Hyperion 11.2, so the move is about value, not a deadline.

Is this where you are?

  • The Hyperion servers, licences, and specialist skills cost more each year than they return.
  • An earlier attempt to move stalled partway.
  • An older cloud application (PBCS or EPBCS) needs a current Planning design.

How the work runs

  • Read the existing build before designing the new one.
  • Run old and new side by side until a full budget or close cycle proves the numbers match.
  • Plan the switch-off of the old system from the start.

Modules in scope

  • Hyperion Planning
  • HFM
  • Planning
  • Financial Consolidation and Close

Oracle Cloud EPM managed services

Ongoing support for a live Cloud EPM platform: monitoring, EPM Automate jobs, monthly update testing, and support from people who already know your application.

Is this where you are?

  • The platform is live and the internal team is one or two people.
  • Oracle's monthly updates keep causing surprises in production.
  • The original implementer has moved on and nobody knows how it was built.

How the work runs

  • Nightly checks on the jobs and data loads that matter.
  • Each monthly update tested in your Test environment before it reaches Production.
  • A quarterly review of what's at risk, before audit or budget season finds it.

Modules in scope

  • All Cloud EPM business processes
  • EPM Automate
  • Data Integration

Oracle Cloud EPM implementation rescue

For a project that's late, over budget, or live but unstable. Find out what's salvageable, stabilize it, and finish the build.

Is this where you are?

  • The project is months late and confidence is gone.
  • Go-live happened, but the numbers or the performance aren't holding.
  • The steering committee needs an honest read on what can be saved.

How the work runs

  • Start with a Health Check: what works, what doesn't, and a plan you can believe.
  • Take over delivery without reopening every decision.
  • Honest dates, reported early.

Modules in scope

  • All Cloud EPM business processes
  • Hyperion

Oracle EPM advisory

An independent read before a big decision: choosing an implementation partner, reviewing RFP responses, an architecture review, or a second opinion on a statement of work.

Is this where you are?

  • Running an RFP for Oracle EPM work and want someone independent to read the responses.
  • Inheriting a platform and need an architecture review before committing to a roadmap.
  • About to sign a multi-year statement of work and want a second opinion first.

How the work runs

  • Read everything: the RFP, the responses, the build, the contract.
  • A plain-language briefing for the person making the decision.
  • Advice that stands on its own, whoever ends up doing the work.

Modules in scope

  • All Oracle EPM
