Who we are
EPM ONE Consulting Ltd.is an Oracle EPM Cloud consultancy based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy covers epmone.ca and the personal information we receive through it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, organization, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people arrive, and roughly where they are. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
- Advertising measurement. When we run campaigns on Google Ads or LinkedIn, their tags tell us whether a visit from an ad led to a booked call. They use cookies set by Google and LinkedIn.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the work you asked about.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve them.
What we don't do
We don’t sell personal information. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask. We don’t use client data from an engagement for anything other than that engagement.
Service providers and storage outside Canada
We use Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics for site statistics, Vercel to host this site, and, when booking is enabled, a scheduling service. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. You can ask us about our use of service providers outside Canada at the address below.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies can be blocked or cleared in your browser settings without affecting how the site works. Google offers an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as it is needed for the business relationship and our legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics’ retention settings, which we set to the shortest practical period.
Your rights and contact
